STATUS OF CATT FOIA REQUEST FOR FUGITIVE WARRANTS FROM US FWS

The First Investigative Goal of CATT is track down US Felony Animal Trafficking Fugitives.
To do this we made a request to the US FWS for copies of their Felony Fugitive Warrants which we will publish on our website.  Apprehended Fugitives have a wealth of information and surprisingly they frequently are willing to share what they know for a variety of reasons.  So far, all we have received from FWS on our Freedom of Information Act Request a postcard saying that our request is complex and will take over 20 days.  

Using the information we obtain from these apprehended fugitives and our internationally developed sources of information we will develop investigative plans to identify and disrupt International Organized Criminal Animal and Human Trafficking Organizations.  We will furnish the evidence we gather to the appropriate Law Enforcement Agencies and encourage their participation in making criminal arrests.

FOIA Request to FWS

The CATTEAM has been formed from former US, Canadian, Mexican, Australian, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Thailand Law Enforcement, Intelligence and Special Operations personnel.  We have identified high value targets for apprehension and are working with our international contacts to locate these fugitives. Our goal is to locate these fugitives, work with law enforcement where they are located to apprehend them and identify their criminal networks.
This information will be used to develop new cases on their networks.


We are seeking information on known Animal Trafficking Fugitives and Organized Criminal Animal or Human Trafficking Organizations.
